Tuijtel stands for high-end equipment from day one. Tuijtel is always innovating and has an advanced machine park with high-quality printing presses in various formats. Digitally controlled machines that effortlessly and at lightning speed apply the very latest printing techniques and special hybrid printing screens. This is where today's technology meets a century of pure craftsmanship.

Organic inks

At Tuijtel we use 100% biological and degradable inks with 'normal' oxidative drying. We are a socially responsible company with a big heart for nature. Therefore we do not use Led-UV technology and inks to prevent damage to people and the environment.

Colour management

One of our deeply rooted core values is attention. Genuine attention. And we do mean attention beforehand. The preliminary phase of any process is extremely important. At Tuijtel we take all the time and space needed for this. Because we only go for the very best end result, everything starts at the earliest stage: prepress.

10-colour press

Our climate-neutral Heidelberg Speedmaster 10 or 5-colour press produces as many as 18,000 sheets per hour (2-sided in one run). The control and colour measurement in the press is extra special. An extra PMS colour and/or durable, protective dispersion lacquer? Everything is possible!

Inspiration

We are happy to inspire you with paper and material types. You will receive advice about color, image processing, and dealing with the number of pages and paper sizes.

Printing

We use 100% organic ink, the application of the latest printing techniques and the use of Heidelberg Speedmaster 5 or 10 color press.
3. >

Finishing

For optimal results, we advise on the most optimal binding method, application of luxurious finishes, special folding methods and the use of foil and spot UV varnish.
4. >

Delivery

he printed matter is stored sealed in our climate-controlled warehouse. The shipment will be safely packed by Post NL or by our own drivers.
