This beautiful book (published by Slow Food Nederland) is a pure ode to the gastronomic wealth of the Netherlands. Slow Food deliberately chose Tuijtel because of its socially responsible involvement. There are even two pages in this book devoted to Tuijtel's unique project to compensate for CO². The production of the book was an intensive collaboration between the publisher, illustrator, copywriters, designer and Tuijtel. In the translation of the concept and the design Tuijtel has an advisory role in the choice of paper and the finishing of the book.
