Prepress – the basis for a good result

  • Advice on colour management, image processing and delivery specifications. Standard check of all incoming digital files for technical details. We help you to prepare for the delivery of printed material

Press – printing house is beating heart of Tuijtel

  • Application of latest printing technology and fine hybrid screens. For example, the climate-neutral Heidelberg Speedmaster 10-colour press or 5-colour press produces 18,000 sheets per hour (2-sided in one run). A special feature is the control and colour measurement in the press. Add to that the possibility of an extra PMS colour and/or durable, protective dispersion varnish
  • Advice on choice of paper, types of material, optimal number of pages and page formats
  • 100% organic inks

Afterpress – finishing at least as important as the preliminary and printing process

  • Advice on the optimal binding method: stapling, gluing and sewing
  • Application of luxury finishing: die-cutting, creasing, embossing, innovative folding method and use of spot UV varnish
  • Stock control in our secure and climate-controlled warehouse
  • Extra attention to solid packaging so that your printed matter reaches the recipient undamaged

How it works

We accurately record our client’s wishes in our Management Information System (MIS). Our ISO 9001 quality certificate guarantees that all business units and (production) processes are safeguarded by using established procedures. Your account manager will discuss the procedures in a personal meeting.

Colour is everything in printing. To ensure an accurate and predictable end result, we apply standard 12647-2 (printing process) and ISO 12647-7 (PDF and colour proofs). Our plate inspection and sorting machine is fully robotised with an automatic check for each plate. This unique inline Plate Quality Measurement system measures the printing plate very accurately, thus providing complete confidence and optimum peace of mind in the production process: from colour proof, to printing plate, to printing inline.

In order to meet the highest colour requirements for each job and to guarantee a highly accurate and predictable end result, our PDF workflow, colour proofing system, digital printing press and offset printing presses are seamlessly geared to each other and to ISO.

We continuously monitor all our processes, which are interconnected and follow each other. A number of checks (such as bonding with bar code) are automated. We also produce all products from a single location. This also applies to distribution with a minimum of transport movements. Automated monitoring of delivery times takes place via the CRM system Businessmanager. That means: appointment = appointment in planning!

As a result, we have complete control over the quality control, planning, management and monitoring of the entire production process, including all sub-processes and finishing. This results in an extremely high degree of efficiency. The profit lies in time and full attention to the quality of the product. Exactly what you get.
