with special hybrid screens

Tuijtel stands for high-end equipment from day one. Tuijtel is always innovating and has an advanced machine park with high-quality printing presses in various formats. Digitally controlled machines that effortlessly and at lightning speed apply the very latest printing techniques and special hybrid printing screens. This is where today’s technology meets a century of pure craftsmanship.

Images have so many details that printing is – guaranteed – a faithful reproduction of the real thing. This applies just as much to images on uncoated paper – these, too, are guaranteed to be full of contrast. So the result is completely predictable at Tuijtel. That gives you peace of mind and confidence. We know that every copy that rolls off our press is of the very highest quality and is once again a masterpiece…

A hybrid grid is a combination of a conventional and FM Staccato grid. It is the best of both worlds. Full colour prints are made up of small dots: the so-called raster. If you look closely, raster is visible and sometimes gives an annoying pattern (moiré). The FM Stacatto screen consists of a random pattern of even smaller dots than a conventional screen. As a result, this grid reduces the risk of moiré in your printed matter and photos and coloured texts are even sharper and more brilliant in colour.

A distinctive feature of Tuijtel is its extensive colour management programme. As an integral part of this, we use hybrid screen 80 for uncoated paper and hybrid screen 100 for coated paper.
