For a quality printer like Tuijtel, quality, environment and information security are of great importance. We are certified for: ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environment), ISO 12647 (print quality), ISO 45001 (health & safety) and ISO 27001 (information security). Renowned external auditors such as Kiwa, Fogra and Dekra conduct an annual audit.

ISO 9001: the quality certificate

Several important quality management principles form the basis for ISO 9001 and collectively cover all facets of our operations.

12647-2 version 2013 | 1, 2, 7

Tuijtel is the first printer in the Netherlands to be certified for the newest version of ISO 12647-2. This includes parts 1 (parameters and measurement methods), 2 (lithographic processes) and 7 (prepress process tests).

ISO 45001

This is the worldwide accepted standard with requirements for an adequate health and safety management system. Since 2013 Tuijtel has the ISO-certificate and from that moment on this theme is continuously on the agenda with topics like reduction of health risks, psychosocial workload and machine safety.

Tuijtel demonstrably meets all conceivable customer requirements with regard to safety and dealing with working conditions. As part of CSR we show careful attention for the working conditions and welfare of our employees.

ISO 14001

We comply with all laws and regulations regarding the use/storage of the used materials and we have an emergency plan. ISO 14001 guarantees Tuijtel’s compliance with the highest possible environmental requirements in the graphics industry.

Certified by natureOffice

Tuijtel is the first printer in the Netherlands who delivers certified climate neutral printing. NatureOffice initiates and supports projects that avoid, reduce or compensate CO² emissions.

NatureOffice calculates, registers and links the CO² emission of the printing order to the project of your choice. You receive an official certificate and the printed matter receives the natureOffice-logo. What’s unique is that the real-life certificate plus logo come with a traceable, unique code. Each code refers to the chosen project.

FSC® and PEFC

Every Tuijtel customer has the opportunity to use paper whose wood originates from sustainably managed forests and controlled sources. Tuijtel therefore has the most important Chain of Custody systems in place: tracing and checking the origin of the wood used.

ISO 27001 001:2017

We control information security professionally and carefully by committing to ISO 27001 and therefore also conducting annual internal and external audits.

With this certificate we guarantee confidentiality, availability and integrity of all information within our organisation: every employee is structurally focused on information security. It is not for nothing that Tuijtel has appointed a KAM-IB manager especially for this.
